The Lackawanna College main campus is located in former Central High School building, which was renovated to restore the architectural splendor of its ornate and stately 19th Century origins in appearence, and realize its 21st Century potential in its educational facilities. Unique/Special ProgramsTOP

Lackawanna College operates a Police Academy, and offers the Municiple Police Officers Education and Training Program, ACT 120. Successful completion of the program allows the student to transfer 24 credits toward a Criminal Justice Degree at Lackawana. A Paramedic Training Program is also offered, with the possibility of transferring up to 32 credits toward our EMS Degree. The Lackawanna experience affords the opportunity to attain your maximum potential by being part of a close-knit community, with the individual and personal attention of a dedicated and caring staff, attentive counseling, small classes (1:18 teacher to student ratio), and the availability of tutoring.
